Creating Calm helps adults, teens, and children to reduce stress and anxiety, creating better health and healing to those of all ages who are searching for a more balanced, fulfilling life.
CALMING MIND, BODY & SPIRIT
We believe that every individual has loving and wonderful qualities just waiting to emerge. We share with our students simple tools to help reduce emotional and physical stress, allowing your own unique qualities to shine through. By practicing meditation or treating yourself to an energy healing session, you give yourself a gift of a happier, calmer, healthier and more focused life.
Creating Calm was founded in 2007 by Marci Zieff, a stress management expert, certified Reiki master teacher, Shamanic practitioner, and a second-degree black belt in Tae Kwon-Do. Through the Creative Calm studio, Marci and her team work with adults, children, and teens to reduce stress and anxiety to create a more balanced, healthy life.
We use a variety of techniques including guided meditation, visualization, self-healing methods, gentle stretching and breath work. Innovative, guided meditations provide each client with a unique experience customized to their exact needs. Classes are available in open group settings, as well as private single or groups.
In both the individual and group meditation classes, Creating Calm provides a safe, comfortable, peaceful environment where fundamental transformation happens. Our goal is that students leave each experience feeling better than when they came in, and are armed with self-help tools that will serve them well in their daily lives.
Creating Calm also provides on-site classes for schools, businesses, healing centers, and other private entities. Please contact us for more information.
