This class is specially designed to alleviate stress and promote inner peace and healing. We will begin by setting personal intentions for our practice, experience breath work, mindfulness techniques, and promote relaxation through guided meditations. Each week will bring new insights as we deepen our practice. Program participants will come away with a valuable set of tools that will help them to feel calm and centered allowing their best qualities to shine through.

Thursdays 11am-12 noon

September 5-October 31 (no class Oct. 3)

Cost: $160 for 8-week series
