A typical Reiki session lasts approximately 1 hour. The client lies on the massage table fully clothed. Light hand placements on and around the body help promote a deep relaxation, which allows the body’s own intellect to take over and receive what it needs to heal. Reiki energy encourages individuals to let go of tension, anxiety, fear, or other negative feelings. A state of peace and well-being emerges. At the end of the treatment, one feels refreshed with a more positive and balanced outlook. Reiki is very gentle and beneficial when dealing with both physical and emotional pain.

Energy field readings are facilitated during the Reiki treatment and provide insight and clarity into your present situation. An energy reading is a guided exploration into self-awareness and discovery. You may be connected to your power animals or guides, or receive messages that help facilitate change, growth and healing. The client receives both a Reiki energy medicine treatment and a reading. This session lasts approximately I hour.

Marci meets with clients privately to create an individualized plan for stress reduction that can increase your overall well-being and easily be incorporated into your busy lifestyle. She works with children, teens, adults and those with special needs including, those with Autism spectrum disorders.
